It’s been a little quiet over here of late. That’s been partly my doing, and for that I apologize.

Amazingly enough, it’s a year this week since the pilot modules of Strategy Making got underway. That feels like yesterday, and also so very long ago.

Hi, all! I hope everyone had a great long weekend.

I’m thrilled to advise that all of the remaining modules have now been posted on the site. For those that were in the pilots, much of Phase 3 is completely new. I’ll look forward to feedback from everyone, current and pilot, on what you think!

Hi all! I sincerely hope you are all safe and doing well.

I had hoped to have Module 8 (reflection and integration for Phase 2 of StrategyMaking) up this weekend. But my second vaccine dose has knocked me flat, so I am taking some time for me).

Expect to see Modules 8 and 9 next week.

I’m letting you know that Module 7 of the Strategy Making workshop is now on the site. Attendees of the pilot will find it familiar, and yet restructured. This is the final content module of Phase 2, with another reflection and integration module coming up next.
